In the high season minimum bookings of one-week are preferred.A 25% deposit is required for bookings in the high season. Single person rate available - Please ask. Special rates also available for long-term rentals.

Notes:

(1) Children aged under-10 years free.

(2) Only in exceptional circumstances will the cottage be rented to more than four people.(e.g.Family with children.)  There is an extra (sofa) bed in the living room. Ask for Rates for more than four people staying. 

(3) The rental is “Sole” occupancy i.e. If one person or a couple have rented then the ”unused” bedroom will not also be rented out to other people at the same time.

(4)  Pets are only allowed by special arrangement and then only in  exceptional circumstances.

(5) It is requested that smokers kindly smoke outside on the patio and NOT in the cottage.    

(6) The cottage is cleaned prior to each new rental but not during a rental period. If wanted, it can be arranged to get  the cleaner in during a rental period at extra cost of 10 Euros per hour or part thereof.

(7) Please note that there are steps up to the cottage and steps betweeen some rooms inside so regrettably the cottage is not suitable for rental to wheelchair users or those with very restricted mobility.
